Do I need a website or an app?
You can share your MagiBooking booking page without building your own website. Clients can book in their browser. The merchant app is optional.
What can I use for free?
Free includes one active staff member, up to 30 bookings per month, your booking page, sharing link, QR entry, email confirmations and app notifications. Appointment SMS is not included.
Do I need to connect payments first?
You can explicitly choose no online payment and agree how you will collect directly from clients. Online payment features depend on your plan.
What if I need more staff or bookings?
Compare the current plan limits before upgrading. The dashboard shows your plan and usage; creating a free account does not start a paid subscription.
Can I manage in another language?
Choose from the supported dashboard languages while sharing an English customer booking page. Confirm whether your business operates in the United States or Canada during setup.
